The Gotcha for Gaza is a non-profit initiative within the fandom community, comprising ordinary individuals who come together to organize events and support donations to Gofundme or other organizations in Gaza. (Some fandoms are also supporting Bangladesh, Sudan and Congo.)The initiatives range from supporting E-sims purchases, to aiding in the evacuation of entire families. They also offer specialized assistance in feminine hygiene, medication, chronic disease treatment, and caring for pets and animals.When you contribute, just send your donation receipt to the organizers and specify the type of prompt you'd like in return, such as art, fanfics, cosplays, songs, and more. The nature of the prompt depends on the availability of the volunteer artists. The list of organizations to donate to is suggested by each fandom's organizers.In essence, by participating, you're not only supporting a cause but also engaging with artists to create works during a humanitarian crisis.For real-time updates, consider following their Twitter accounts and sharing their content to reach more people.Tian Guan Ci Fu fandom was the first to organize this kind of event, hosted by El Fereael. TGCF Action Twitter is also highly recomended to follow since it has a pinned list that also updates the rest of the fandoms.

''Twitter for Gaza'' is an initiative similar to "Gotcha for Gaza"; however, here each volunteer/artist sets their own rules and schedules.To participate as a volunteer/artist, customize the template as needed and post it under the fandom hashtag (#fandom+twt4gaza) with the donation instructions. You can also quote retweet the template post. Every volunteer works independently and can set their own offers and rules. You can also create templates for the fandom of your choice. Due to the recent situation in Bangladesh, there has been an initiative to host raffles independently (as a creator/artist) to promote the dissemination of information that is being silenced due to blackouts. The theme is similar to TWT4Gaza.To participate as a volunteer/artist, simply create a post announcing what you can offer as a prize (art, fics, etc.) and how participants should inform you that they are participating in your raffle.To participate as a creator/artist, use the hashtag to find a creator of your interest and follow their rules to participate.
